The Tamaki Regeneration Programme

Tamaki Regeneration Company (TRC) New Zealand's first community-based urban regeneration programme, in Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England, is gearing up for the biggest transfer of social housing in New Zealand's history.

John Holyoake, the Chief Executive of TRC, talked about the Tamaki vision, plans for procurement and development and how the urban regeneration programme will deliver positive quality of life outcomes.
