Redesign of Child Youth and Family: lessons learnt

This seminar looked at some of the lessons learnt in the recent redesign of Child Youth and Family, which used a “human-centred design” approach.

Speakers were: Adithi Pandit, head of Deloitte citizen-centred design practice for the public sector,

and Claire Falck, Head of the Secretariat for Modernising Child Youth and Family.
