The manner in which change is led is crucial for the success of organisational change. Good change leaders sell the vision, promote collective commitment and belief, ‘walk the talk’ and understand how to work effectively with the social and psychological responses to change.

This course focuses on the capabilities and skills to lead change so that you have the best possible chance of delivering the results that matter.
