The COVID-19 pandemic radically changed the way in which public sector operated and delivered services to, in a lot of cases, a suddenly virtual model. This also involved a significant change in the way we work with other agencies and departments as, more than ever, citizen sought a more seamless joined-up service delivery model. Now in the wake of Alert level 4, the IPANZ New Professionals are excited to present a spotlight on some of the great success stories of collaboration, impact and overcoming of systemic barriers.
Join us as we hear from a variety of panellists from the immediate and sustained Justice Sector response, the compliance management response, as well as from leaders of the wage subsidy initiative. Panellists will share their stories and perspective of transformation of their sectors compared against the pre-COVID-19 context, how the sector mobilised to respond to COVID-19 (both challenges and enablers) and what interesting initiatives were delivered. This will be followed by an open Q&A from the audience at the end, as well as networking and light refreshments.
