IPANZ is delighted to share insights into system leadership from two of our far-thinking Chief Executives who are mobilising action across large de-centralised networks.
Iona Holsted and Vicky Robertson will be in conversation with IPANZ President Liz MacPherson who herself is no stranger to system leadership as the first holder of the Government Chief Data Steward role. Iona and Vicki describe what system leadership is, why it is important, what it means with practical examples of their work, the pitfalls and the benefits, and explore the capabilities required by public sector leaders. Questions, discussion and debate will be welcome.
