New Professionals Virtual Networking Event

The IPANZ New Professionals Leadership Team are hosting a virtual networking event to help attendees form new connections between people at similar stages in their career and grappling with similar challenges. We welcome you to join us for a semi-structured night of fun and rapid connection forming.

The night will involve a mix of ‘getting to know you’ group activities as well as a more focused activity in which you will work get to work with a team to delve into one of five questions:

  1. What has been the impact of covid-19 on ways of working and service delivery model in your organisation? How has your organisation responded and how has this evolved across the course of the pandemic?
  2. With significant reforms underway in the resource management/environment sector, how is your organisation navigating the change? What has worked well, and what challenges have there been?
  3. With significant reforms underway in the health and disability service sector, how is your organisation navigating the change? What has worked well, and what challenges have there been?
  4. How does your organisation approach working across government? What is working well and what opportunities do you see to do this more in future?
  5. How does your organisation partner with iwi/ Māori? What is working well, and where are there opportunities to improve?
