Wellbeing Strategy - Designing Work for Wellbeing

While executives have long recognised that wellbeing is important, the COVID-19 pandemic brought home how significant it really is. Organisations suddenly found themselves called upon to prioritise workers’ physical and mental wellbeing as a matter of survival. Organisations were forced to recognise the inextricable link among our wellbeing, our work and our lives.

Join us for an in depth, facilitated workshop on how organisations can think more deeply about ways to design wellbeing into the work itself so that both workers and the organisation can thrive moving forward. We will reflect on what are the current state challenges to designing work for wellbeing and also look forward to what an ideal future state set of policies could be to encourage wellbeing focused work practices. This will be followed by a short networking opportunity and light refreshments will be served throughout.

Places for this workshop are limited, please carefully consider if you will be able to attend this event before registering.
