Skills Consulting Group Agile working Webinar

We are living in a world where we need to respond quickly to changes, whether they be social, environmental or economic. On top of rapidly responding to the change, we need to do so in such a way that the change doesn’t overwhelm us. From the public sector’s point of view, this means having strong governance and responding to the citizen’s needs.

Agile working has gained significant attention and adoption in some of our workplaces. However, there are numerous misconceptions around this concept, leading to confusion and ineffective implementation.

Tune in as IPANZ Executive Director Kay Booth is joined by Shane Hastie, SoftEd Global Delivery Lead, where they will explore and debunk these myths, offering an introductory understanding of agile working and its practical applications in the public sector setting, including:

  • What is agile working and its main principles and values
  • What are the most prevalent myths, and present evidence-based insights to challenge and explain these myths
  • Explore what are the benefits of agile working (on productivity, employee wellbeing etc.)

For those who register for this event, there will be prizes up for grabs! We have some Bassline GO | Boompods to give away to the to the best questions asked on the day. So register now to join in on the discussion.
