Liz Maguire - Chief Digital Officer, Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency

Liz brings a wealth of experience in leading large-scale transformation programs and digital initiatives. As the former Head of Digital and Transformation at ANZ Bank in New Zealand, she spent four years on the executive leadership team. A member of the NZ Institute of Directors, Liz currently serves on the board of Education Payroll Ltd. With a passion for enhancing services through technology, Liz is committed to driving meaningful change.

Paul James - Government Chief Digital Officer - Chief Executive, Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs

After holding various senior roles in the New Zealand public service, Paul boasts extensive experience in strategic policy development, change leadership, and fostering effective collaboration across government and communities. In 2018, he was appointed Secretary for Internal Affairs, Secretary for Local Government, and Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs Chief Executive. Additionally, Paul serves as the Government's Chief Digital Officer, spearheading digital leadership initiatives across government agencies.

Kate Sutton - Director and Future of Auckland lead, Deloitte

Kate brings extensive experience in digital transformations from around the globe. She has worked with the United Nations Development Programme, leading the innovation and digital teams and supporting governments in 35 countries across the Asia-Pacific region to achieve Sustainable Development Goals. Kate is affiliated with Nesta, the UK's innovation agency for social good. She collaborated with some of the UK's largest companies to promote an inclusive economy, worked closely with the Cabinet Office on transforming learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and assisted local government authorities in implementing place-based system change.
